About

Christopher Creek Home Owners Association, Inc., is a non-profit Arizona Corporation, whose members share mutual interests, desires and responsibilities in carrying out the object of the Association. Its purpose is to promote a collective effort in matters of mutual interest, including but not limited to maintaining and promoting safety, fire protection, law enforcement, road improvements, improved response of elected officials in community affairs such as zoning and flooding regulations and such other matters as determined by its members.

CCHA is like no other homeowners association you have heard of before. There are no CC&R’s. There are no watchdogs looking over your lot or property. Instead, there are really good people interested in working together to make Christopher Creek and the surrounding area a nice place to live and own property. Membership is entirely voluntary.

Ongoing activities of CCHA include:
  • Decorate the Loop at Christmas time to enhance our mountain community.
  • Sponsor and organize an Easter Egg Hunt for the children of Christopher Creek and CCHA members.
  • Sponsor and organize a Halloween party and trick-or-treat hayride for the local ghosts and goblins.
  • Sponsor and organize a Children’s Christmas Party and the arrival of Santa.
  • Two membership meetings a year, generally in May and October.
  • Sponsor a community-wide house-decorating event for both Halloween and Christmas.
  • The publication of a gripping newsletter, Ripples, designed to keep members informed of ongoing activities, events, and issues of importance to local homeowners.

This is a group of 110+ people you really will enjoy knowing, and you can be a part of all this for only $20.00 a year!

To join or to renew your membership, send your check to CCHA, 461 Ashby Apple, Payson AZ 85541. Include your name, mailing address, phone number, Christopher Creek address and phone, email address, and whether you want to receive a paper copy of the Newsletter or would prefer have a pdf (portable document format) file sent to you by email.
