Free brush drop-off point:
The Pine Pit .7 of a mile east of Highway 87 on the Control Road south of Pine will be open Sundays from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Brush, leaves, pine needles and other vegetative materials only.

Free Brush Drop Site:
The Blattner Pit at milepost 259 on Highway 260 is open 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. every Saturday for brush debris. Heading west, turn left opposite the 55 MPH sign, just past the elk crossing.

Even though the Regional Payson Area Project (RPAP) brush disposal sites are staffed by volunteers, there are still costs involved in maintaining and operating them. You can help keep the pits open by making a donation to the RPAP program.
